You can found lots of market and go easily (with public transport too) to the famous touristic harbour, the old city, with her beautiful churchs, little squares and alleys where there are lots of markets that sell handicraft’s and gastronomist’s products. And, on the head of the mountain ther’s the great statue of the Redeemer. From june until September you can take part in cultural events, village festivals and party organized by all the hamlets of Maratea.
